Dans un jugement du 27 mai 2010, le tribunal de grande instance de Nanterre a débouté Total et sept de ses cadres de leurs prétentions contre Bruno Henri, l’ancien président du fonds d’actionnariat salarié du pétrolier. |

Up to now (May 2010) there are still 9 countries missing the August 2009 deadline for the introduction of the Directive: France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Greece and Cyprus, which risk the opening of the infringement procedure from the EU. |
